Sweet P Beauty Appointment Policy
Make Mornings Easy — for you and for us
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for our estheticians’ time and other clients, the following policies are strictly enforced:
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, & NO-SHOWS: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Clients will be charged 100% of the service total for:
No-shows
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
Appointments that are rescheduled within 48 hours and then later canceled
Rescheduling an appointment does not reset or waive the 48-hour cancellation policy. Any appointment that is moved and later canceled within 48 hours of the reserved time will still be charged in full.
APPOINTMENT MODIFICATIONS: If you need to modify your service (for example, changing a lash lift to a brow wax), please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS: A $10 late fee will be applied to late arrivals.
Appointments are booked with specific timing to ensure quality service
Arriving late may result in a shortened service or forfeited appointment time
Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late for appointments scheduled for 15 minutes or less will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service total
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for longer appointments will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service total
CARD ON FILE : A valid card on file is required to book and hold all appointments.
Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file
If the card is declined, the balance must be paid before booking future appointments
We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business. These policies allow us to provide consistent, high-quality service while respecting our team’s time.
CLASS spots reserved are non-refundable or transferable. This includes deposits made for lessons and/ or courses. No exceptions.
REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds on retail items sold, class spots reserved, deposits made, or services rendered; this includes allergic reactions and retention of extensions. There is no guarantee on any service. Results vary from client to client.

GENERAL PRODUCT WARNINGS: All products are for external use only. Use only as directed. It is the user's responsibility to use the products in the manner in which they're intended. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician. Sweet P Beauty Inc. and the brands it retails are not responsible for injury or irritation with product use.
ALLERGEN INFORMATION: Ingredients are listed for every product on the product and/or the retail brands website. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of personal allergens.
CANDLE WARNING: To prevent fire and serious injury: Always burn candle within sight. Keep wax free of matches, wick trimming, and other flammable materials. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Keep wick centered and trimmed to 1/4” and discontinue use when 1/2” of wax remains to prevent heat damage. Never touch or move a hot candle and avoid drafts. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn at your own risk.
SERVICE DISCLAIMER: It is extremely rare, but there is always a chance of irritation or an allergy with any service. Any service has many variables due to lifestyle, moisture, weather, extreme temperatures, natural eyelash shedding, makeup use, skincare use, and other factors. There are no guarantees to any service and we do not offer “re-do” appointments. If you have any irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, please contact Sweet P Beauty and seek medical care (at your own expense) if needed.
When booking an appointment, you agree to indemnify and hold Sweet P Beauty and it's estheticians, cosmetologists, and/ or contracted employees harmless from any and all liability, claims, costs, and Attorney's fees arising out of any service provided or purchased products.
